Delete Your Account

Closing your account removes your profile, your film library, your ratings, your device lock and your notification settings. It cannot be undone, and your purchase history goes with it.
What happens when you delete
You lose access to every film you have paid for, immediately.
Your name, mobile number, device details, ratings and notification settings are erased.
Your email address is removed from our notification list.
The payment record held by Lenco stays with Lenco, because payment providers keep their own transaction history.
If you still have a problem with a purchase
Raise it with us first — a refund or restored access is handled through coscafilms@gmail.com, and once the account is gone we cannot see what you bought.
Deleting without signing in
Email coscafilms@gmail.com from the address on your account and say “delete my account”. We will confirm within 30 days.
