Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every Cosca Films account and purchase.
1. Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your password private. One account is for one person. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
2. Device locking
Every account is locked to the first device used after sign-up. Films you buy can only be watched on that registered device. If you change phones, request a device reset from your account page and the Cosca Films team will review it.
3. Payments
Payments are processed in Zambian Kwacha through Lenco, by mobile money or card. A film is added to your library once the payment clears. Prices shown at checkout include any applicable charges.
4. What you are buying
You are buying a personal, non-transferable right to stream the film on your registered device. You may not download, record, copy, re-sell, broadcast or publicly screen any film on Cosca Films.
5. Refunds
Because access is granted immediately, purchases are final. If a film fails to play because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore access or refund the purchase.
6. Availability
Films may be added or removed from the catalogue. We aim to keep films you already own available, but licensing may require removal in rare cases.
7. Privacy
We store your email, profile details, device identifier and purchase history so we can deliver and protect your films. We do not sell your data. Our full Privacy Policy (coscafilms.online/privacy) explains what we collect, who we share it with and how to have it removed.
8. Misuse
Accounts used to share, copy or distribute films may be suspended without refund.
9. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from the Account page or at coscafilms.online/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your library, ratings, device lock and notification settings. Refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy (coscafilms.online/refunds) before deletion, not after.
10. Copyright
Every film on Cosca Films is shown with permission from its owner. If you hold rights to a film and believe it is on the service without your permission, email coscafilms@gmail.com with the title, the link and a statement that you are the rights holder. We investigate and take infringing material down.
11. Age
Cosca Films is for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects a purchase you have already made, we will tell you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Anything we cannot settle between us is handled by the courts of Zambia. Questions, complaints and reports go to coscafilms.online/contact.
